Luis Carrasco, M.D.
A practicing pediatrician since 1997, Dr Carrasco worked his way through medical school after six years service as surgical technician in the U.S. Navy Medical Corps. Dr Carrasco received his medical training at Catholic University in Santiago, Dominican Republic; his postgraduate training includes a pediatric internship and residency at the Medical College of Virginia.
He also performed an upper level pediatric residency at Mercer University School of Medicine in Georgia. Dr. Carrasco has taught pediatrics to medical students as a community-based University of Kentucky assistant professor.
Clarice Dicks, P. A. - C
Clarice is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College Of Allied Health. She is certified through the National Commission on Certification Physician Assistants and licensed with the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure.
Clarice has been a practicing P.A.- C since 1998.
Kim Sowden, A.P.R.N
Kim is a graduate of Old Dominion University where she received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. Kim received her Master's of Science in nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Indiana State University.
Kim is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has been a practicing nurse practitioner for 13 years.
Winni Hopkins, A.P.R.N
Winni is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and has been a practicing Nurse Practitioner for 15 years, working in a wide variety of settings. "Through all of the different experiences I have had, I find that treating others with respect, empathy and professionalism serves as the foundation for providing good healthcare. My hope is that I will have the privilege to serve for years to come".
