Kim Sowden, A.P.R.N
Kim is a graduate of Old Dominion University where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. Kim received her Master’s of Science in nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Indiana State University. Kim is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has been a practicing nurse practitioner for 13 years.
Poonam Singh, MD
Dr. Singh (pronounced Sing), attended Medical School at LTMMC in Mumbai, India. Upon graduation she completed her residency at Texas Tech Health Services in El Paso, Texas. Dr. Singh moved to Kentucky in 2008 where she joined the staff at Manchester Memorial Hospital. In 2015 Dr. Singh relocated to Owensboro, Kentucky where she was on staff at Healthfirst Community Health Center.
Dr. Singh resides in Richmond. Her daughter is a senior at Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky. Dr. Singh believes “the best medical care comes from a personalized approach where the patient and family get to know their physician and vice versa. Dr. Singh loves working closely with her patients, their parents, pharmacy, school, and other specialties. Dr. Singh looks forward to seeing patients here at Madison Family Clinic.
Jennifer Maupin, PPCNP-BC
Jennifer a native of Richmond Kentucky, is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. After graduation she began work at University of Kentucky Children’s Hospital, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing in Pediatric Primary Care from Northern Kentucky University. Before joining Madison Family Clinic, Jennifer worked as Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. She is nationally certified through the American Nurses credentialing center.
